Justin is being recognized for creating an e-tipping system for our chapter. As our last TipMaster, Justin worked with our DataBase committe to implement a fully integrated eTipping system into our group. Each member can now send Tips online via our TipWorks website or at our weekly meetings, using a live eTipping system that uses iPads that are passed around the room during our meetings.

Our May 13th meeting started out with this member being recognized for his efforts to support Executive LeTip in word and deed.  Dennis Smith, our plumber par excellence, was honored by Vice President Cathy Cahill for Flying High Under the Radar for the many unsung things he does.  Well deserved, Dennis.

Adamm Gritlefeld

Adamm's Stained Glass & Gallery

Adamm Gritlefeld, who has been an Executive LeTip member for less than one year, is working hard promoting the club’s success.  Amongst other things, Adamm is: A member of the “screen team,” arriving early every meeting to set up the large projection screen and then pack it away; he sponsored a party at his studio before the last mixer; he makes follow-up calls to the guests after each meeting; he is one of our entertaining MC’s  and last but not least, he does kick-ass glass.  Adamm, we all want to thank you for your hard work.  You are very much appreciated!

Jonathan Friedman

Miller Gems

Jon has truly been working “below the radar” for the betterment of our chapter.  In addition to offering fabulous jewelry, Jon, as head of the Member Retention Committee, has been contacting various members to ascertain their overall business, LeTip productiveness and LeTip rule compliance issues.  Though there are some rules that are unalterable, such as tipping and attendance, he is looking at ways to improve our memberships and hence each of our businesses.  Jon also manages the Wordy 30, by ascertaining who needs a little more face time during infomercials (call Jon if you need a Wordy 30); Jon participates on the election committee and lastly, Jon is a Lunch Bunch leader.  Thank Jon for all of his good work and contribution to the ongoing success of Executive LeTip of West Los Angeles.

Jane is often flying high under the radar.  You may not know that Jane pledged to write Yelp reviews for as many members as possible and created reviews for over 80 fellow members.  Jane volunteered her time on the web-advisory panel, is a Lunch Bunch Leader and has worked recently as Sunshine Chair.  Most important, Jane always has something nice to say about one or more other members, thereby promoting their businesses.  Jane, thank YOU for being an outstanding member of Executive LT!
